Stalybridge Civic Hall, a grade II listed building located in the heart of the town centre, became the focal point of a regeneration initiative following a government-funded grant awarded to the declining Tameside town.

The main objective was to refurbish the existing roof covering with the installation of solar panels and bespoke windows applying the market leading air open and vapour permeable underlay, Permavent APEX.
