Permavent NB 145 is a future proofed 5th generation roofing underlay for use in unsupported and supported pitched roofing applications: slated, or tiled delivering superior performance against 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation alternatives.
The 5-ply structure comprising nonwoven and PP coating ensures a low slip surface, reduced glare and improved UV and heat resistance compared to older 4th generation products.
Permavent NB145 is produced using “Stren-ten” technology offering superior tensile strength and improved nail tear resistance delivering unrestricted, first-class performance for all roofing applications. Ventilation should be provided below the underlay (type HR) in accordance with BS5250 – Management and Moisture in Buildings.
