The patented Plain Easy System provides a unique solution enabling tiles to be installed on any roof with a pitch as low as 17.5°. This opens up many opportunities for tiled low pitch clay roofs in domestic, commercial and heritage properties. Tiles no longer need to be ruled out where the ridge height has been restricted due to planning considerations. The Plain Easy roofing system has been rigorously tested by the BRE.

We are so confident that our products are of the highest quality that we offer a 40-year product guarantee against the waterproofing integrity of the roof structure, providing the following criteria is met:

• The installation must be installed as per the manufacturer’s instructions and in accordance with BS5534:2014 + A2:2018.
• The specified membrane must be PERMAVENT DRY+.
• The specified tape must be PERMAVENT BUTYL TAPE.
• The contractor must record both in-progress and completed project images to be supplied alongside invoices at the time of guarantee application.
• Guarantee applications must be submitted no later than 1 month after project completion.
