Permavent GRAPHITE is a vapour-permeable roofing underlay designed for use as a secondary barrier within pitched roof constructions. It is suitable for installation in new-build and refurbishment projects and can be specified for use across the UK.Permavent GRAPHITE meets BS 5534:2014+A2:2018 and is suitable for installation beneath tiled or slated pitched roofing systems in accordance with the standard. Its physical properties allow it to perform as a continuous underlay layer when correctly lapped and sealed, contributing to weather resistance during and after installation.
The membrane has a UV exposure rating of up to 3 months, allowing flexibility during construction programmes where roof coverings may be delayed.
Permavent GRAPHITE is suitable for use on projects where cost control is required without compromising compliance with relevant standards or core performance requirements.
