We are delighted that one of our projects, The Social Hub Glasgow, Candleriggs Square was nominated.

The Social Hub Glasgow has been shortlisted in this year’s Facade Awards for Best New Build – North, as Permavent’s Safeshield XT Reflect was used to form part of the internal cavity of the walls during construction.

Safeshield XT Reflect is an A2-s1 d0 fire rated membrane and is ideal for all walling applications and can be used safely in high rise and multi-storey buildings to prevent the spread of fire. Its unique and patented composition effectively resists fire propagation across the building’s cavity. Safeshield XT Reflect can be installed on any substrate.
