Why Easy Slate was chosen

This project utilised the majority of the Easy Roof System range:

• Easy Slate 500.
• Easy Verge.
• Easy Soaker.
• Permavent Dry & Permalap Tape.

Easy Slate was used to allow the construction of watertight roofs at a 15-degree pitch, whilst ensuring the traditional aesthetics of a natural slate roof.

To further improve the overall aesthetics and quality of the roofing system, Easy Verge and Easy Soaker were also installed.

Permavent Dry condensation control breather membrane and Permalap Tape were chosen for optimum breathability and condensation management.

Where these products have been used together as a system, the project was provided with a 40-year product guarantee.
