The Best New Build Project (Commercial) was in conjunction with contractor Walsin Ltd., for the specification of our innovative Safeshield XT Reflect, to provide the critical fire safety to the cavity of the new, modern fully integrated multi-modal transport hub, the iconic Belfast Grand Central Station project.

The project supported part of the urban regeneration of the Weavers Cross area of Belfast, which would enhance connectivity and transport efficiency while setting new standards in building performance and safety, reinforcing Northern Ireland’s commitment to modern infrastructure.
This shortlisting is a testament, yet again, to the power of collaboration and cutting-edge product performance in delivering excellence on landmark developments.
