Easy Slate enables roof slates to be installed on a pitch as low as 12° with natural slate and 10° with fibre cement slates. This opens up many opportunities for slate roof construction in domestic, commercial and heritage properties where slates no longer need to be ruled out when the ridge height has been restricted due to planning considerations.

• The installation must be installed as per the manufacturer’s instructions and in accordance with BS 5534:2014 + A2:2018. Code of practice
• The specified membrane must be PERMAVENT DRY+
• The specified tape must be PERMAVENT BUTYL TAPE
• The contractor must record both in-progress and completed project images to be supplied alongside invoices at the time of guarantee application
• Guarantee applications must be submitted no later than 1 month after project completion
