In the latest January issue of RCI magazine, Craig Fyall, Permavent’s Technical Director, emphasises the critical role of cavity build-up in fire safety, highlighting how it contributes to the rapid vertical spread of fire through the “chimney effect.” He questions the continued use of Class B membranes when Class A alternatives are available.
